• Diamond jewellery comes with IGI/GIA certification as applicable.
• Prices are subject to change based on prevailing gold and diamond rates.
• Making charges vary based on design complexity and craftsmanship.
• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Custom Orders

• Custom designs require an advance payment as discussed during consultation.
• Delivery timelines for custom pieces are typically 2-4 weeks.
• Design modifications after approval may incur additional charges.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

Exchange & Return Policy

• We offer a 7-day exchange policy on all ready-made jewellery.
• Items must be in original condition with all tags and certificates.
• Gold can be exchanged at current market rates with applicable deductions.
• Diamonds and gemstones are subject to quality verification upon return.
• Custom-made pieces have specific exchange terms discussed at order.
• No cash refunds; only exchange or store credit is available.

Payment Terms

• We accept cash, cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
• EMI options are available through partner banks.
• Gold savings schemes are available with specific terms.
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes.

Warranty & Maintenance

• All jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity.
• We offer lifetime free cleaning and polishing services.
• Minor repairs and adjustments are provided at nominal charges.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or negligence.

Appointments

• Private viewing appointments are subject to availability.
• We request 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations.
• Walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours.
